Dexter founded Safe Work Leverage on a simple belief: safety should be practical, achievable, and built around how real teams work. With more than 13 years in construction HSE roles, spanning high‑rise towers, industrial warehouse builds, live‑environment fit‑outs, and complex infrastructure projects he saw how safety systems often break down on site and how crews benefit from clearer, more usable guidance. Safe Work Leverage was created to close those gaps by strengthening documentation, improving on‑site methods, and building capability where it matters most.

Why Safe Work Leverage Was Created

• Built the consultancy around lifting capability, confidence, and culture through simple, effective training and stronger procedures.
